faint. yesterday. !@#@W)$#@^% to the engwah cinema in that damn westmall. omg. -.- especially the usher and the manager. sutpid to the max.

alright the story goes like this. waishan and i went to the westmall wanting to watch 'Love Matters' which will be showed at 2.45pm. we brought the ticket at 2.40pm and first thing, they dont allow us to use nets! and then, they sold us the REFUNDED ticket. somehow the ticket is been torn by the usher then been return to the cashier. okay, so she sell it to both of us then telling us, the usher will know about it. so we can just go ahead.

next, we reached the usher there. then, the usher somehow say things like ' why only got one piece?' tmd, waste my time again, nvm, she say she wanna check with her manager, fine, go ahead. after 10mins, we confirm it then allow us to go in.

the thing which happen next was, when we step into the theatre, the show is already playing can, sian. then we realised our seats were been taken up and everything is in pitch dark and occupied by so many ppl lah. so we took the sofa EXECUTIVE seats behind.

then after 30mins or so. the damn usher came in. the conver so somewhat like this;

usher:'you are not allow to sit here, this is the EXECUTIVE seat!'
me:'but our seats been taken up what, what you want us to do?'
usher:'show me your ticket.'
so we showed her...
usher:'but this is an EXECUTIVE seat, you can move in front.'
waishan:'WE REQUEST FOR THE BACK SEAT ALREADY WHAT.'
usher:'you must top up the balance... blah blah blah.

i got so annoyed by her. firstly, my show is already reaching the fcuking climax then she came into disturb. next, instead of solving my problems, she somehow trying to tell me i cant afford the damn EXECUTIVE seat. like hello, it only depend if i want or not is not whether i can or not! so i asked for the manager to be here. and then another sotong came.

alright. i'm in a rather bad mood so i shouted at them like nobody business and even customers were looking at us. omg. whatever. the manager came, and he cant solved anything okay. he say there's no solution to this problem. like what the fcuk. he scolded his staff in front of us which is much more a wrong thing to do, he make me feel that i should scold the stupid damn usher as well. faint. -.-

so then, after much shouting and screaming, we walk off and decided to complain to the HQ if not, we will write to the papers. that stupid sotong actually still can laugh. then he cant solved the problem at all. omg. we can even think of a soultion yet they cant. i was super duper angry, i felt like slapping that damn usher face. her fcuk up face. knn.

argh. in short, DONT VISIT ENGHAW CINEMA AT ALL! regardless of westmall or their other outlets. sian 1/2.

it's not our fault okay. knn.

whatever. went town to meet up with those sisters. (: search for branded goods again. sibei tempted sia. x= lol.

then went to ws house to play mahjong, no win no lose. sian. -.-.
